Program Features:
Four 3-credit hour courses on the European Union (INTA 4230/6320), European Security (INTA 4121/6121), EU-US Relations (INTA 4803/8803), and Human Rights In Europe (INTA 4803A) are taught over the course of this program. Students will obtain credit for these courses upon successful completion of the program. These credits fulfill the requirements for earning the European Affairs Certificate.
Meetings and dialogue with EU officials, experts, diplomats, and policy-makers will provide the bulk of learning material in these courses (i.e. site visits are the norm over classroom lectures).
Additionally, the program provides students with ample free time to enjoy Europe and includes planned excursion to Bruges, Ghent, The Hague, and a trip to Normandy, France.
Program Fee:
$6500 by 15 March 2014.
A $500 deposit is required with the application.
Total cost includes the deposit requirement, housing, two meals per day, books, guided tours, and all travel expenses to Paris, Berlin, The Hague, Krakow and Athens (tuition charges and airfare to and from Europe are not included).
All payments for deposits, program fees, and tuition are handled through the GT Bursar. Tuition must be paid directly to the Bursar’s Office.
